Lied to get us. there BEWARE!!!!! I had been corresponding with ms hanby at Dick Dyer Toyota columbia SC about a Rav4 they had on the lot for sale. I had noticed that the vehicle had I had been corresponding with ms hanby at Dick Dyer Toyota columbia SC about a Rav4 they had on the lot for sale. I had noticed that the vehicle had disappeared off their page so because i live over 1 hour away and l the dinner time traffic, I called her to be sure the Rav4 was still available. She said yes we have it come on down. So I started the long trip in all the traffic. So got there and asked for her and she tells us the Rav4 was sold but they have others. I asked her why she never called me to let me know she walked off and left us with another sales person so we decided they did not have what we wanted on the lot and they did not deserve our business so off we went to start the over 1 hour trip back home. They never even offered to pay my gas. They sold the 4Rav I was interested in and knowingly had me going all that way knowing it was not there hoping i would buy one of their other vehicles that i was not interested in. BEWARE!! More

20,000 Miles Maintenance Service person, Tyler, was receptive and attentive to my issues. I had a couple of questions and he was quick to respond.
