Great customer service I cant remember the lady's name that helped me last night. But she was in the service center and i explained to her that i needes to get my car servic I cant remember the lady's name that helped me last night. But she was in the service center and i explained to her that i needes to get my car serviced. Well she stated that it closed at 530 but she can see what she can do to get me back due to a emergency i had in my family. Well she was able to get my car serviced immediately. Not only did i get my car serviced but she also explained that i can always call for them to come pick up my car and bring it back, just have to call in early. I want to thank her for going beyond her job to making everything okay. She had great customer service and always smiled threw it all. More

Don't buy from Dick Dyer toyota I Kim Blake,would not recommend u buy used car from this company. I purchased two vehicles 1 new and 1 used in feb 2016. I was mislead about the cond I Kim Blake,would not recommend u buy used car from this company. I purchased two vehicles 1 new and 1 used in feb 2016. I was mislead about the condition of my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. Service dept put my breaks on wrong, changed the oil and didn't properly place the blug to my oil pan drove for week before noticing it. Have to pay 4000 to replace heat shield and exhaust pipe. Contacted service manager and use car sales manager and no help. I spent 45,000 with this company I see why the people who sold me my vechicles down to the service manager sales person and used car manager are no longer there. I'm not a mechanic but I'm mechanically aware that if the vehicle is inspected properly before resale it should have been repaired or disclosed at the time of sale. They say I purchased as is but they repair everything that I noticed. If I had known about the exhaust pipe and heat shield were damage I would not have purchase. I know the owner would not approve the business practices. It's not all about making money I hope it about ur coustomer. This is the first time buying a car from the dealer. This has been my worst nightmare. This is how they treat veteran who put their life on the line so that ur company can exist. More
