My husband took car there today but could not get engine cleaned because machine was broken, All they did was clean out the trunk. Instead of trying to quickly give us the car and move on, the car should cleaned because machine was broken, All they did was clean out the trunk. Scheduled on Tuesday to pay/pickup vehicle. Told it was not ready could not see it. Did not find that out until we got there. It was getting painted and detailed. They would deliver it on Wednesday. Delivered dirty inside and in trunk, ruff spots needed to be buffed. Told to bring it back Thursday. Took it back Thursday and told person was not there to buff or fix ruff spots. The salesperson took us home so that they could wash the car, clean out trunk and clean inside, It looked like someone traded it in and they just put it up for sale. That afternoon the salesperson brought it back saying it was done. It had been buffed little, inside had same smudges and outside was still dirty. The engine was dirty, had not been cleaned. Made an appointment with salesperson to bring car in today Saturday to get engine cleaned as well as trunk and wash. My husband went there at 9 this morning and was told the machine to clean the engine was broke and he would be notified when it was fixed. This is the worst experience we have ever had. I thought Dick Dyer was better than this! From Tuesday to Saturday, we have been up and down with Dick Dyer making three trips there and now we are trying to get a manager to talk to. More

There was very little interaction. I was not informed of expenses before they were applied. I was charged for 24 lug nuts yet I clearly did not require lug nuts. Also I was not offered or informed of an alignment yet was charged with it prior to consultation. So a 700 expense turned into $950. I will not return or recommend the service department.
