My wife and I bought a NEW car here in September 2022. We did not see the vehicle until after the paperwork was signed, and come to find out, a button was missing. We called approximately 10 times and we were told that we’d receive a call back. Has not happened. Upon a single successful bit of communication with a person at the dealership (we think), we were told the button was ordered and to allow 5-7 business days. Well, 2 weeks later no button and every time we call, we get transferred back and forth and promised a call back, to which we’ve received ZERO. We contacted Ferguson Kia and we’re told that the button alone could not even be able to be ordered, but the whole panel would have to be replaced. Midtown is the absolute worst dealership in Tulsa. Trust me…go to Ferguson, or out of state, or anywhere but this place. More
