David was good to work with. I can’t remember the sales manager on duty (October 1). But the manager seemed cocky and at one point told us “if you don’t like the trade-in value I understand if you leave”

We have tried contacting your service dept 4 times over the past week and have left messages with no response. We have also called and talked with people and have been told we would get a call back and still nothing. I requested the button be ordered the 1st week of October and was told it would be here within 5 business days. I have called several times to confirm and have left several messages. Still no response.
