From beginning to end, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. Little pressure to buy, and everybody was kind and helpful. We were in and out in less than 2 hours total, with keys in hand. I would certainly recommend seeing if Midtown Kia can fulfill your needs first before checking elsewhere. If the smooth and easy process doesn't get the cake, the fact that David and Ron were very nice and genuine people, and easy to converse, with gets my vote for where I'm shopping again for my next vehicle.
