I disagree with everything you just said. First, I thought it may just be a single person making mistakes that were making our lives harder, but we can’t get anyone in that dealership to answer the phones. Nobody is willing to follow through what they say. The car we traded in over a month ago is still not funded and GM is knocking on our door. You guys keep promising to fix it, but it just keeps getting worse. We can’t even reach anyone in charge to figure out what the heck the problem is.
