This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Little to no communication, no employee filled me with confidence, car was still unfixed with no update 2 weeks after sitting in service. Ended up towing it somewhere else where they were able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong within 2 days of it being there. My car was DIRTY and unkept. I was told they were “putting it back together” when I came to pick it up after being told they WEREN’T working on it. So having my new vehicle sitting in pieces was also not the best news. No one was helpful with providing answers- and if they were provided I had to dig for them. Walked in the show room and stood at the desk with salesman looking at me but not asking if I needed anything. Never heard a call back or any contact from service department after leaving my vehicle there. This was my worst car experience I’ve ever had thanks to this dealership. Never coming back. More

Service was quick and easy and waiting room was comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no baby changing tables in the restrooms. We checked the New and Used buildings and the mens and wom comfortable. My only complaint is that there are no baby changing tables in the restrooms. We checked the New and Used buildings and the mens and womens. I would have changed baby in the car but it was being worked on so we had to lay her out on a chair in the lobby. Installing changing tables would be a great investment ! More
