Overall doing an excellent job on the warranty work that needed to be completed. Disappointed that I could not be reimbursed immediately for the towing and rental car I had to get until my car was repaired. needed to be completed. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but my recent experience with the wonderful staff at Midtown was above reproach. I particularly commend Bo Chase (sales representative) for his perseverance, kindness and extra efforts in solidifying the best deal for me. Additionally, I extend my appreciation to Roger Williams (General Sales Manager) for his honesty and hard work in finalizing a fantastic deal on my behalf. I highly recommend Midtown Kia and it was well worth the five hour drive from my home in Arkansas to Tulsa to work with the best people in the car business. Thanks to Midtown Kia, I am now happily driving the vehicle of my dreams!!! More
