Everyone here was very nice and professional. However the wait was extremely too long considering I had an appointment. Also the kids play room was dirty. Very poor communications regarding services rendered and my bill. Have spoken with several people this week in follow up, and finally today, 4 days after service was done got someone to provide some answer my bill. Everytime I go to get my car serviced something goes wrong. This last time my oil wasn't changed & my tires wasn't rotated. I marked my tires 1 to 4 & they were still on where they were before. Dropped my car off being told it'd be looked at in a week, after calling I was told they're backed up it would be the next week. So I call after my car has been there a month, an was told itd be another week, after calling I was told they're backed up it would be the next week. Won't go back. More
