WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I bought and paid cash for a brand new Kia Telluride on 4.25, and I live in SA. Emily, my salesperson, just quit responding after the car was deliver I bought and paid cash for a brand new Kia Telluride on 4.25, and I live in SA. Emily, my salesperson, just quit responding after the car was delivered- which I had to pay $2,500.00 out of pocket. I was told Michael would reimburse me $750.00 for the delivery. That did not happen, and he is not answering my text messages. The car was delivered without floor mats, and I was told by the company I hired and paid for to ship the vehicle to relay the message, "show her the window sticker that this vehicle does not come with the SUV." What horrible customer service to have a third party contractor that I paid for relay a message to me! Michael said he would order floor mats, but it has been 21 days with NO floor mats. Additionally, the car was delivered without the luggage racks being installed. Again, the third party delivery I hired was told to give me a toolbox and install the luggage rack myself! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Furthermore, I have not received a bill of sale, title, plates- literally NOTHING. To continue this saga, Michael texted my saying "somehow we are $3,500.00 short." I immediately texted him the bill of sale from the Kia dealership and my wire transfer showing the same amount. Can you believe a company who sends you a bill, you pay cash, and pick up the shipping, and then all of a sudden, they want $3,500.00 more or you won't get your title? I have repeatedly asked to speak to the GM or owner- with zero Reponses. On 5.14.2022 I spoke to Jermaine who reassured me he would help. Another 4 days has passed with zero communication. I have taken several customer service surveys and addressed each one of theses issues- WITH NO RESPONSES. Sadly, I am now writing this review, and I have reached out to the owner, Mike Sullivan on LinkedIn and am awaiting a response. I have also reached out to the GM via LinkedIn, Chris Gibson, and am awaiting a response. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? I have a right to receive floor mats, bill of sale, a luggage rack, and title for an SUV that I paid over $50 grand for. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME WITH ANSWERS??????????? More

Service department went out of their way to make sure our car was serviced in the least amount of time. They took me home and then returned later to take me back to the dealership to pick up my car.
