I purchased a brand new vehicle from here and the LoJack service is not working because the dealership hasn’t processed everything correctly. It’s been a week and a half and the issue still remains. When I purchased the car, they didn’t detail it. I had to remove stickers from every tire and remove sticky spots on each door (where there was a sticker or something). I had to get the tint redone on a window because it was bubbling. The paperwork took so long to process I had to go all the way to dealers to get a 2nd tag. It was almost time for the first payment and the paperwork wasn’t finished yet. I called and they said the first payment would be paid so I waited until the day after it was due and it wasn’t. My trade in vehicles weren’t paid off for a while and I was past due. It’s been 5 months and still haven’t received the referral money. More
