Probably the worst customer service possible. I need a new motor and they informed me it may be covered under a recall. Twice a week for 2 months the associate lied to us by supplying us with upd I need a new motor and they informed me it may be covered under a recall. Twice a week for 2 months the associate lied to us by supplying us with updates or asking us to call back at a different time and then being unavailable to answer. After being unable to reach the associate for a week, we finally spoke to a supervisor who informed us that the associate lied and was no longer with the company and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. We’ve had it transferred to another dealership. They’ve had it for two weeks and have the parts ordered now. They still project that it will take about a month to get parts in and fix but at least they are being transparent. More
