I’ve bought quite a few vehicles in my time and I usually dread going through the process because of high pressure salesman and hour long negotiations but, my experience at Midtown Kia was actually quite ple dread going through the process because of high pressure salesman and hour long negotiations but, my experience at Midtown Kia was actually quite pleasant. My salesman was easy going and negotiations went smooth without too much back and forth. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the market for another Kia. More
2 weeks is ridiculous wait for appointment for diagnostic to be run on brand new car w/less than 3000 miles. They do a poor job of keeping customer updated during service appointment. My last dealership (different make of car)provided a live video of tech during the service being done and the service rep was always giving updates throughout the appointment visit. This dealership could use much improvement in the customer service/customer satisfaction area. That being said after the diagnostics was completed the tech was informative. More
