The purchase of our Sorento went fine after a lot of negotiations over the phone. All of the paperwork was supposed to be ready to sign but we waited nearly an hour to see the finance guy. The plug-in hybrid was not fully charged when we got the car. We were told it had splash guards, turned out it didn’t. Parts department was closed when we finally finished signing paperwork so they couldn’t put any on it. Asked for them to send us some and I would install them but all calls and texts to them about the splash guards were completely ignored! Not at all happy about their service after the sale. More
