I believe the service person who waited on me was dishonest. I was there 2 weeks earlier for an oil change and had to return because car was not running well. It sounded as though something was loo dishonest. I was there 2 weeks earlier for an oil change and had to return because car was not running well. It sounded as though something was loose. He stated it had something to do with air conditioner and stateed I needed work in that area. Charged me $140.00 to tell me this, if I had moved forward to have work done would cost me $330.00. At the same time they correct what they did not do at the original oil change. The noise went away. They lied and said the man who worked on the car did not touch that area when I know he did. Which was all I needed for him to correct what he did not do at the original oil change. You wanted to trump up some charges for me to make money. I did not need what he said I needed. This is my second Kia with you. I promise I will not be buying another at least not from you. More
Came in after receiving a letter about a recall on my vehicle. The office doesn't seem to have much communication between them and the Shop as the Shop told me to just drop it off no problem but the offi vehicle. The office didn't listen to me about the recall and I was turned away the first time, the second time I came in with the letter and still was not heard. I was told it was a 30min job with no parts despite what the recall letter stated and I wasn't able to pick my car up for 9 days. I was not offered a temporary vehicle nor any type of compensation for the trouble. Will avoid as long as I can. More
They were very in-depth at explaining all the different features in the vehicle. They also did a good job explaining all the benefits of getting the additional warranties.
