Everyone that I encounter was pleasant and professional especially Daniel Visor, Isaiah and the other gentlemen that picked me up when my car was ready on 1/6/22 (did not get his name). especially Daniel Visor, Isaiah and the other gentlemen that picked me up when my car was ready on 1/6/22 (did not get his name). Very friendly staff. When I was waiting for my salesman, several people asked if I was being helped. Even the owner came & talked to me. I hate when the salesperson goes to talk to finance or someone. I fol several people asked if I was being helped. Even the owner came & talked to me. I hate when the salesperson goes to talk to finance or someone. I followed the sales person at 1 dealership, & they got mad, so I left. Too many warranties at the end. I tried to get the vehicle I had seen online, but they said it was sold. It was listed at $19,565.00. I ended up paying over $24,000. I wasn’t happy, but another vehicle came in & that’s the one I bought. They said it had more bells & whistles, but I never got to look at the one online since it was “sold”, but it was still on the lot. More
My Sorento has been in 4 times since June It’s still not fixed. 1st time June 3rd 2021 the engine goes out. I don’t get it back until August 11, 2021. Thirty minutes later the check engine light c not fixed. 1st time June 3rd 2021 the engine goes out. I don’t get it back until August 11, 2021. Thirty minutes later the check engine light comes on. So I called the mechanic. So I take it back and they say the connector to the sensor wasn’t connecting. 2nd time is goes back because Kia needs a camera to show why the engine isn’t working properly. 3rd the check engine light comes on again for the 3rd time. The code shows issues with the fuel pump pressure. So the mechanic clears the codes rather than fix it. 4th the engine I thought was shutting down again. They have my car for going on 3 weeks. I asked the mechanic if it could be the alternator and/or the battery. Sure enough my 2 year old car needed a new battery. I’ve had the car back now for going on day three. Guess what? Yep the check engine light comes on again for the 5th time. A brand new engine should not have these issues. I’ve purchased the extended warranties and was told in 2019 if your car is ever in the shop more than a day we always have plenty of loaners. Did that happen? Nope not at all. I was told I’d have to get a rental and they would reimburse me. Not true! I spent $2,570.78 for 27 days on a rental. When you purchase a new vehicle you never expect for it to cause you financial hardships. I’m at a point that this dealership has seen my car enough. I need to see the mechanics certification that they are qualified to work on my car. I’m beginning to think that either they don’t know what they’re doing or they purposely are sabotaging my car so I’m inconvenienced. Not sure why my car is having so much problems. I do need to say I have been angry with the mechanics and hardly any of them will talk to me. Even the owner doesn’t want to talk to me. Do I have the right to take it out in the mechanics? Thank think I do after all. They are the ones working on it and still it’s not fixed. These mechanics are not proficient in customer service. So far I have spoke with Larry who has been professional and seems to understand my concerns. I’m not a happy camper! I dread calling first thing in the morning. More
