This has been the WORST experience with a service department for dealership of my entire life. I was never kept informed on anything. I had to call my service adviser - Larry- to get any information. He rarely would pick up when I called his number. If I called the operator and asked for service- he would answer. Even then, he would put me on hold and ask his boss what to tell me. They had my car for nearly 4 weeks and were unable to determine the problem. The main reason being no one actually looked at my car. I was continuously promised- "we will get a technician on it tomorrow- as soon as possible". This never happened. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! The only person who was nice to me was Isiah, the young man who took me home after I dropped off my car. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I bought the car at Ferguson KIA and am taking the car to their service department. Ferguson KIA fixed my car immediately. I took it home 5 hours later. I will NEVER EVER use Midtown KIA for anything in the future. They are the absolute worst service department in Tulsa. More
My engine blew up. Replaced under recall took 4 months. Refused to give me updates. Lied and contradicted themselves multiple times. KIA salesperson where quick and knowledgeable about me and my KIA Forte . They made me feel like home . Also the service that was done on my KIA Forte was quickly and satisfying. The service center has poor communication skills. I came in for a service check. I waited for over 2.5 hours and they never once provided me any information on what was going on with my car. The service center severely lacks in proper organization. This was apparent after they lost the keys to my car during my visit. They called me multiple times to ask what loaner they gave me because they didn’t know!? They neglected to check to make sure my loaner was clean or that the tag wasn’t expired (it expired the next day). They gave me a loaner car that they had already sold to someone else… not once but TWICE. I had to go change out my loaner 4 times. More
Kaleb was amazing! He was very helpful and answered all my many questions and was down to earth in the downtime. The process was fairly fast for buying a car.
