They said they would call before doing any work, which they never called. They kept my car for over 2 1/2 weeks, likely drained my battery in the process and charged me $400 to put a new one in. Horrible sales service, paid asking price for vehicle with the promise it would be aligned, tire rotation, detailed and delivered within a day or so. 7 days later it shows up, no detail at all. Vehicle still had fingerprints and mud on the dash and screws, nails, trash in the bed. Was delevered nearly out of fuel and the tifes were clearly not rotated. Called them back and schedualled a time to return vehicle for fuel, rotation and detail with the agreement of a loaner. Showed up at agreed time no loaner, ghey feturned the truck without putting a drop of gas in it, mud still on the dash and no tire rotation. These are facts, if they did me this way, they'll do the same to you. Would never recommend this dealer, they just dont care. More
