My husband and I went in to look at different styles expecting to get a used Kia either here or at least know which style we liked best. We drove home with a New Soul —less than I expected and almost ex expecting to get a used Kia either here or at least know which style we liked best. Defiantly the color :) Simon and the finance team are extremely knowledgeable and truly wanted to help us :). The service writers could use a few classes on customer etiquette. They have made me regret buying my Kia from them I had a piece left off of my car from the factory that they had to replace. They had my car for eight days not a problem they gave me a nice loaner car. I went to pick my car up and they had put a big scratch in my door panel I would not except it that way I told him he was going to have to replace my door panel so they had to order the part and keep my car few more days my car had greasy handprints all over it on the seats and dash he told me that it should have been detailed and he would have it done. So he called me my car is ready they had vacuumed and wiped the handprints off except for the ones on my back seat which I had overlooked just in a hurry to get out of there I had had enough. My bad I need to call and give them the chance to make it right. I have scratches on panels where they installed the part my thoughts are their technicians do not take pride in their work they even left me a greasy glove in my back floor. I dread going to get my oil change there it takes 2 hours and that’s with an appointment. I would not recommend mid town KIA Tulsa, OK to anyone. Someone even signed my warranty repair order for me!! I guess I need to try a different KIA dealer in another town. I like to have my car serviced by the dealer. More
I am irritated with this dealership. Every time I bring in my vehicle for any type of service it is a hassle getting it back. Either the keys are "lost" or they close and never called me to tell me the car in my vehicle for any type of service it is a hassle getting it back. Well I patiently waited for a month and a half to have my engine looked at because it locked up and won’t run. Over a month and they told me I was six in line a week or so later they told me on 12th in line engine looked at because it locked up and won’t run.
