It's like pulling teeth to get our paperwork correct and our title. We received the Oklahoma title but not the Texas title despite it being crystal clear on our contract. I cannot recommend this dealership. More

I believe my husband has tried to get in touch with the service manager multiple times, leaving multiple messages, and he has never received a response from the service manager personally. When my car was in the shop, (for a 2 hour appt that you dealership called to setup an appt for because the parts were in) it was taken apart and not able to be driven. After 6 hours of not hearing from you (appt was at 9:00 and he called at 3:00) my husband had to call you to find out that you DIDN’T have the parts needed and it would be 1-2 day before getting them. He called the next day, because he still hadn’t received an update from your dealership, and found out it would be ANOTHER day. When asked about getting a loaner vehicle, he was told that your dealership didn’t give loaners. Remember that your dealership contacted us to make the appointment because the parts were in and it was only going to take 2 hours to fix. Therefore, I was stuck without a car for 3 days! I had to rely on others to get to work, meetings, groceries, appointments, etc. had we known it would take longer because you didn’t have the parts needed, we would have waited and made the appointment when you were prepared to fix it. So unprofessional! When my car was finally finished, he picked it up in the same condition as he brought it in (with exception of the new bumper, but not washed or detailed-which is also the same condition as when we bought it) We were told it would be washed, detailed, and would have a full tank of gas when purchased and it was only washed with minimum effort. I am so disappointed with the service and communication your dealership has with its customers as well as between departments. There is no excuse for any of the problems we’ve encountered with your dealership. This are trying times for everyone and I’m thankful that we were able to find the vehicle we wanted, so quickly. I think that is the only positive thing I can take away from this experience. I believe I deserve compensation for the days I was forced to rely on others, literally without notice or explanation. I (my husband) would like a call from the service manager to discuss this.
