My car was in the shop for 9 days. During that time I had to call 2-4 times a day to get an update on my car. I heard back twice. Multiple times I was told I would hear back by the end of the day. One of those times I was told I they would see about a loner car, as it was going into the weekend. Never heard back. I’m on day 9, I went to the dealership to find out about the car, and left with it. Although it is running worse than it was before. My real issue was the Communication by the Service department to me on the status of the car. I know there were extenuating circumstances, but their inability to make adjustments and rely one one person, who was out most of the time dealing with an important issue, to take care is a customer should be embarrassing. They did discount a tire and labor, which was not the main reason the car was there. And they were working on being able to cover a major repair through Kia warranty, but the only reason I knew that was because of my constant calling. Even today, 3 days after I picked up the car, I was supposed to have gotten a call on a repair estimate for the main issue my car was in the shop. Still nothing. The service desk people (2 girls and a guy) that seemed more administrative were very friendly and helpful, for what they could be. More
My original rating would have been about a 2, after experiencing a 3 hour wait time for an oil change. However - Michael Aponte and Emily Clark were amazing in righting the situation. Took my car left it for a week, I called several time, would never get a return call to find out what was wrong with my car. I finally had to physically go there and meet with the General Manager before anything was addressed with my car. After talking to them I had 3 different diagnosis for what could be wrong with my car. Emily said she called me (on day 7)and left a message but I did not have a missed call or message on my phone. After I left there, I noticed they had a wrong cellphone number on my paperwork. I didn’t receive excellent care that they brag about at all. They are overbooking people. I will be taking my car elsewhere . More
This is the most poorly run dealership I have ever been to. They had my car for 6 months. They only worked on it a handful of hours and still did not fix the problem but still charged me. I have called service dept. several times over a two week period to receive an update on the failing paint on my 2016 K900. I finally drove in to speak with Mgr.
