Of the last 3 dealerships my wife and I have done business with this one is by far the best. Luis is friendly and seems very easy going. He was very informative but yet not pushy, a very hard bal business with this one is by far the best. Luis is friendly and seems very easy going. I found the overall process painful. We initially had discrepancies on the purchase agreement where we instructed our salesperson the payoff amount of our trade-in vehicle was to be factored in to the bo discrepancies on the purchase agreement where we instructed our salesperson the payoff amount of our trade-in vehicle was to be factored in to the bottom line. We then later came to find out he said “we told him we would take care of the payoff.” Nonetheless, the amounts were not correct and I feel that it was a ploy to show a lower “out the door cost.” When coming to pick up the vehicle, which was said to have been “ready”, it took an additional hour for the vehicle to be fueled up and detailed. We sat around in a dealership that was 85 degrees, while the owner sat back in his office in a cool 65 degrees watching golf on his tv with his customers sweating. Our vehicle was supposed to come with two key fobs, and somehow our vehicle that came in off the truck for delivery 3 days prior didn’t have the second one available?? So it has to be mailed to us. The paperwork I signed apparently has to be done electronically but the system was down, so I have to go back in today to electronically sign the same documents I already did. At the end of the experience, our salesman didn’t even thank us for the business or shake my hand after spending $52,000 with the dealership. We really like the vehicle we got, but it’s just a few more reasons why people generally hate shopping for vehicles and dealing with dealerships. Jason Fountain is the only reason I awarded this survey two stars. He has been helpful and responsive throughout the process. More
