Despite they had a reported five-day back up, they took care of my flat tire promptly, within an hour and a half , not bad for being as busy as they were. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. I dropped my car off after a check engine light warning. The service technician Logan would not return my calls. I went in person and he told me that m dropped my car off after a check engine light warning. The service technician Logan would not return my calls. I went in person and he told me that my car needed a replacement engine. When I said I would take it somewhere else he stopped me and said that Midtown Kia would cover the costs as well as reimbursement on my rental car. This led to six weeks of nothing being done, service techs telling me they are working on getting approval. I had to get Kia consumer affairs involved and then finally after six weeks and being out 2000 in rental car fees, the service tech advised oh well it’s not the engine but we can diagnose it for 260. Are you kidding me? I took it to my mechanic two days later fixed. Kia now won’t return my calls or reimburse me on my rental cars. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against Midtown Kia. I would give this rating a negative number but it won’t allow me to do that. More

I really like this dealership a lot. They treat you like part of the family even when you have less than perfect credit. I was thinking I won't be able to get a car but they helped push me through. I popped in yesterday to look at Kia for the very first time after seeing a commercial that intrigued me, a little googling to find this car at the top of many lists (even impressing my husband) I drove of time after seeing a commercial that intrigued me, a little googling to find this car at the top of many lists (even impressing my husband) I drove off in my new 2021 telluride!! The car sold itself BUT my salesman Kam was AMAZING, GM Chris G. was AWESOME and Michael the finance guy... FANTASTIC! Best car buying experience hands down. They were fast and made sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. They all went above and beyond. It was a small town dealership feel in the big city of Tulsa. Do I recommend Midtown Kia? HECK YES!! More
The service itself was great, fast, and a reasonable price. However the customer service was of very poor quality, halfway through handing me papers and a receipt walking away to call someone.
