I had a terrible experience with this kia. I got preapproved on day 1. Unfortunately preapproved did not mean taken care of. For the first month I had to keep coming back to put more as downpayment( preapproved on day 1. Unfortunately preapproved did not mean taken care of. For the first month I had to keep coming back to put more as downpayment(not a problem). Everything I was asked to do I did. They told me it was fine and all I had to do was wait for a bill. So I did, eventually it was getting close to my "first payment". So i called kia. They told me I needed to call the bank, so I did. The bank told me to call kia because they never heard of me. This went on for a while. Eventually I got annoyed because Kia kept promising to call me back and never did(id wait a few days to a week). I eventually started only driving to get my monthly paper tags, where Id be promised that someone was working on my case and Id get a call tomarrow. That never happened. After 5 months i got a tag and Capp started helping me. I was told brian and todd no longer worked there. Capp tried to help for a week or so, he apparently almost had a deal and promised to let me know within the hour. 5 days later I still got nothing. I messaged him and still nothing for the next 15 days. After 6 months I needed an oil change, and I wanted this done so I went down and asked for help. Edward let me know I had a deal. It was to be 40$ more a month, so 2880$ more then what it was initially. He told me the reason was because of my credit worsening(bc it was ran so often by kia). This made me very mad because why would I be punished for Kia not letting me know whats going on and reaching this point when we couldve taken care of this in the first week. Eventually Edward managed to get the deal back to acceptable, I just was not pleased to have the blame and cost placed on me for this companys mistake. It feels like Kia has no interest in taking care of the customer, or selling cars. I did not feel like a valued customer at all during this process. More

I had an appointment they brought back my car to start work right on time. I had been using them for 2yrs and they surprised me and told me that they had put in my file I was due for a free Oil change wh work right on time. There was a lack of communication between the dealership and myself. My boyfriend and I remained in the dealership during the appointment. Around 12, (2 hours after my arrival) I asked how much longer it wo and myself. My boyfriend and I remained in the dealership during the appointment. Around 12, (2 hours after my arrival) I asked how much longer it would take. I was told 30mins. A hour and a half later, my boyfriend asked how much longer my car would take and that was when I found out that the initial replacement part was bad so they had to restart the repair. The guy claimed he looked for us to tell us earlier, but we were in plain sight in the lobby area the entire time. Also, I (noticeably female) had been the one to give the car keys to the service counter and in was in my name (a very female name), but the keys were returned to my boyfriend instead of myself after the repair. My repairs are good but the customer service needs improvement. More
