There was a lack of communication between the dealership and myself. My boyfriend and I remained in the dealership during the appointment. Around 12, (2 hours after my arrival) I asked how much longer it wo and myself. My boyfriend and I remained in the dealership during the appointment. A hour and a half later, my boyfriend asked how much longer my car would take and that was when I found out that the initial replacement part was bad so they had to restart the repair. The guy claimed he looked for us to tell us earlier, but we were in plain sight in the lobby area the entire time. Also, I (noticeably female) had been the one to give the car keys to the service counter and in was in my name (a very female name), but the keys were returned to my boyfriend instead of myself after the repair. My repairs are good but the customer service needs improvement. More
