Louis was an amazing sales men and then capp got me all taken care of with the processing and then Dakota called me about 3 1/2 weeks later to see how I was doing with the car. The recall repair took months to complete, which was unacceptable, then I had to make 2 trips in for the repair itself. Once the part was available, another 2 weeks to get an appointment, but the repai unacceptable, then I had to make 2 trips in for the repair itself.
