My experience has been pretty unfortunate thus far. I was told that a part had to be ordered, and I had to follow up repeatedly to find out what the status was. I left several messages, none of which were an told that a part had to be ordered, and I had to follow up repeatedly to find out what the status was. I left several messages, none of which were answered. I finally got a response after I messaged them through Facebook asking if they were affiliated with Ferguson Kia, thinking that might be a better choice. The part arrived a couple of days later, and I took my car in. They said that it was finished, however, the reason I needed a repair was because the heat/air/defroster was not blowing at all, and it now blows setting 4 only. They also charged me $80 more than they had initially said that it would be. Admittedly, they refunded $38 of it after I said something, but it seems as if they could have informed me that there was going to be that much difference in cost. After they looked at it again, they said that it would be another part that they have to order, and it would be $50, but they would only charge me for the part. It has not arrived yet as far as I am aware. I’m deeply disappointed at this point, and it’s unlikely that I’ll return there if any other option is available. They are also pretty lax in their mask requirements, despite a city ordinance and record breaking numbers of Covid cases. I would not recommend them whatsoever based on this experience. More
