The good. Austin the finance manager and Bo the sales man were great. They had exactly what I wanted. They were quick about getting me in and out. The bad. On jun 16th I still did not have a tittle. Fast forward to friday the 26th, still no tittle. So I drove to the post office to see if it had been sent there. They didnt have it. I tried to get ahold of the lady thats in the tittle department, she didnt answere. I left a voicemail and never recieved a call back. So I drove up to the dealership. Roughly 35 miles away to see what the deal was. After a salesman finally got the tittle lady on the phone, she had a crappy tone and attitude about her. Come to find out my tittle had not been mailed out untill june 24th 8 days after my truck was to be tagged. It was not due to arrive untill saturday the 27th. I lucked out and it came friday evening and I was able to tag my truck before they closed. I was charged 18 dollars in late fees due to the tittle ladys laziness. 18 dollars isnt much but when its caused due to laziness from a lady that had an attitude when I finally came looking, it tends to get under your skin. Id do buisness with Bo and Austin anywhere they went. As for the tittle lady she needs to find a diffrent career. I was informed that this is a pretty common issue with her. she is the reason im only giving 3 stars. More

This dealership has many good reviews on this site, but not so on Yelp or Google. Our sales experience with Midtown Kia was very poor. We bought a brand new Telluride in late April, at least we thought not so on Yelp or Google. Our sales experience with Midtown Kia was very poor. We bought a brand new Telluride in late April, at least we thought it was new. The owner's wife had driven it almost 2,000 miles, hauling her two medium/large dogs. We test drove the car and loved it but didn't take the time to go over every little detail. We should have, but we trusted them. We had purchased a new vehicle from the previous owner 9 years prior. It was an excellent experience. When we questioned the salesman about the high mileage, he said it's still new up to 3,000 miles as long as it hadn't be owned before. He promised it would fully detailed to new condition. I can't think of anything someone would pay this much money for that was not in new condition. There were lots of scratches on the shiny middle console (visible in bright sunlight), the back end carpet had gouged drag marks on it, the cup holders were nasty and scratched up, there was lots of dog hair in tucked-away places, the rear hatch was dirty and scratched, the driver's side armrest had a black mark on it, the backside of one of the back seats had 3 yellow spots on it and a headlight rim was dinged. After two and a half weeks of attempting to get help, the dealership finally fixed or improved some of the items, but the whole experience deeply disappointed us. They shouldn't have sold the car as new, but rather a demo model. I was always polite and respectful in my communications with the staff but my attempts to speak with the owner were never realized. I simply wanted him to know how very unhappy we were with our experience and our not-so-new Telluride. As a side note, the employees I worked with were all very polite and helpful. More

Customer service was fantastic. My salesman Michael was awesome. He was so good he was closing the deal on 3 cars at once. My only gripe is how long it took to sign the paper work. Got a 2020 Kia Sorento and was very impressed by the features and the smoothness of the drive. Was able to test one out for the weekend while I made my decision which was very helpful. Quick, affordable oil change. A big bonus was having my car washed, especially during this quarantine time. Would have given 5 stars if the waiting area was arranged a bit further apart and had seen the st car washed, especially during this quarantine time.
