service provided The young lady that took care of me was awesome. for the 2 hours i was there i noticed a lot and one of those things was that she was the only one wor The young lady that took care of me was awesome. for the 2 hours i was there i noticed a lot and one of those things was that she was the only one working in the service department, she accepted cars, did the paperwork, was the cashier, while you had 2 guys sitting there like bumps on logs not doing a thing, not even taking calls. you have a stellar employee in this young lady!! as for the rest of your service department, id have to say they are pretty lazy, inofficiant and arrogant. not impressed. Midtown was very eager to greet me and handle my Souls needs. Rick the service advisor asigned to my vehicle was very polite. We had a couple issues getting things coordinated solely on my end and through the whole duration of my Souls stay at Midtown Kia Rick went above and beyond and was very Professional through the whole Midtown Kia experience. A Silver Lining I Bought my first KIA, an Optima in 2005. When my car was rear ended in a construction zone, it was totaled. It had been taken to a collision shop n I Bought my first KIA, an Optima in 2005. When my car was rear ended in a construction zone, it was totaled. It had been taken to a collision shop next to Midtown (Tulsa) KIA, so when it was confirmed that it was deemed to be totaled, I figured I might as well see what KIA had to offer in a new car. Allen Starks led me through what I wanted in a car, and he listened carefully to my very precise descriptions. He showed me a few cars at the dealership, and I saw one that seemed to fit what I wanted. It was a 2020 KIA Soul in a beautiful silver color. That was THE one. We went for a drive with my husband, and I found it easy to handle and it reminded me of my Optima, in an updated but familiar way. And it would fit in our garage. And I had the funds to pay for it outright. This was the Silver Lining to a very bad rear ending experience. I really felt a glow of peace that, even in losing my comfortable Optima, this whole experience at KIA was much more than I could hope for following losing my Optima. Yea, KIA! More

The Kia service team at Midtown is the only location I use. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this location and always have them serviced by the on-site service team.
