I have been very happy with the customer service. Rick has been responsive and very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because after I picked up my car from having the engine replaced under war has been responsive and very helpful. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because after I picked up my car from having the engine replaced under warranty, my driver seat and steering wheel were very dirty. It appears the mechanic didn’t clean the grease and dirt off my seat and steering wheel after the repair/test drive. More
