This is by far the best service department I have ever encountered,dealership or otherwise,since the service manager was unble to reach the extended warranty company about our vehicle while we waited,(onl encountered,dealership or otherwise,since the service manager was unble to reach the extended warranty company about our vehicle while we waited,(only 1 hour),he put us in a loaner and sent us on our way,this was on a Friday morning,the service manager called me on the following Monday morning and let me know our car was ready!
