They don’t care The whole experience was terrible from start to finish. We purchased a brand new 2020 telluride went to leave and the ac didn’t work. The sales manager told us that this happened a couple weeks ago and it will just take a couple days to fix and then in the same breath told us that this has never happened he didn’t know what was wrong with it or how long it would take to fix it. This was just one of many lies we were told. This place does not care about the customer whatsoever and if it wasn’t so hard to find a telluride at the time and we weren’t under pressure to return our rental car I would have never purchased from this dealership and I will never purchase anything from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
