This experience was seamless I got my car back and heard a rubbing noise that was not there before. I called and returned my car and got a loner car. Fast and Efficient I was about 15 minutes early for the appointment. They got me right in and within 20 minutes the problem was fixed and I was out the door. Dissatisfied Customer poor customer service. Lack of empathy to customer. Then after 4 days finally received a loaner after speaking to manager. Then Enterprise told me poor customer service. Good but PLEASE READ I've been taking my car here since purchase in 2014 (through ownership change) and I DO trust them to do great work on the maintenance and service wor I've been taking my car here since purchase in 2014 (through ownership change) and I DO trust them to do great work on the maintenance and service work. BUT - this is the 2nd time I've had grease footprints on my floor mats. Mentioned it the first time and never heard anything from them. They don't wash my car as part of service, citing the roof luggage bars - but they also never clean the windows or vacuum. They ARE always courteous and provide a very handy ride to work. I also received a friendly discount on a recent service call, when it took an hour longer than anticipated - nice. Again, just hugely disappointed that there is grease on my mats after mentioning it once already. More
