Seronto is perfect Kia was helpful from the minute we walked in. We were addressed professionally, brought a car to test drive, and got to look through several more. The Kia was helpful from the minute we walked in. We were addressed professionally, brought a car to test drive, and got to look through several more. The salesman was clear and walked us through the entire process. We never felt pressured, except to add the extra warranty. Jeremy in finance walked me through what my loan was for, what paperwork I need for my insurance and to pay taxes on the car. I did feel pressured to buy the gap coverage and extra warranty and that I didn't have a lot of time to think about that. I love the car we got and the process was really easy. Would have enjoyed it even more if there was some kind of extra bonus for buying a car. For example, free oil changes or all weather mats thrown in. More
