Same as Always I have had my 2014 Cadenza since February 2015 (I bought it new). I take it in every 3000 miles for service. Easiest Car Buying Experience of my Life This was the most wonderful car-buying experience of my life. Everything about Midtown Kia was professional and personal—both at the same time. My s This was the most wonderful car-buying experience of my life. Everything about Midtown Kia was professional and personal—both at the same time. My salesperson Mr. Driver was so congenial and made the process relaxing and stress-free. He did not pit me against anyone “in the back.” He simply took my request and came back with their offer. And worked with me until it met my needs. I felt like he was on my side in the buying Process, not the dealer’s. He was friendly and not your stereotypical “car salesman.” As a female, buying a car has always been very difficult without bringing a man with me to “play their game.” That wasn’t necessary at Midtown Kia—I was treated with respect and dignity, and not once did I think I needed an advocate. The financial process was the most quick, simple, and painless one I’ve ever had. And, my finance agent Mr. Denis was phenomenal. He clarified many concepts and even gave me advice on improving my credit further. Honestly, I was kind of in shock at the moment they handed me the keys— after less than two hours in their relaxed and friendly showroom, I was the owner of a new car?! I even said, “Wait, that’s it??” It was that easy. I would like to add a side note. While I was there, a bad car accident occurred on the Main Street out in front of the dealership. Before I even realized what happened, three of the gentleman from the service department had sprinted out to the cars to make sure everyone was OK. Then, another gentleman from the dealership counted the accident victims (6) and got cold bottles of water and sprinted them out to the people involved. The Kia personnel stayed with the victims until the paramedics arrived. And one sat with one of the children until their car was towed. These are the kind of people who don’t do a good job because they’re paid to, they do it because it’s part of who they are. Knowing this is the kind of helpful and compassionate attitude prevalent in the service department and in the other employees in Midtown Kia makes me proud to be a small part of this company by owning a Kia from this dealership. PS: I LOVE MY NEW SOUL!! It’s the most fun and peppy car, while also feeling very safe and solid—and my dogs appear to feel like “kind of a big deal” while riding in it. More
Poorly informed. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning for them to check out my alternator cause it was whining. Through out the whole day I never got a call informing me of how things were going if they need to order parts or what exactly was wrong with my car. So by the time my work day is over I call to see if it's ready just to find out they are keeping it over night. Thus having to find a ride home and to work the next day. There was absolutely no need for them to keep it over night. They definitely stretched it out costing me more money for the labor. More
