Poorly informed. I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning for them to check out my alternator cause it was whining. Through out the whole day I never got a call informing me of how things were going if they need to order parts or what exactly was wrong with my car. So by the time my work day is over I call to see if it's ready just to find out they are keeping it over night. Thus having to find a ride home and to work the next day. There was absolutely no need for them to keep it over night. They definitely stretched it out costing me more money for the labor. More

Cameron was the best. If you go there ask for Cameron I came from northwest Arkansas and talked to Cameron on the phone before hand. He was so helpful and bargained great. Stalking Horse My wife and I are currently looking to get a new vehicle and as such are looking at multiple websites for a particular vehicle we want. We saw the ad My wife and I are currently looking to get a new vehicle and as such are looking at multiple websites for a particular vehicle we want. We saw the add for a vehicle we were interested in the night before and called the next morning to inquire about what the taxes and fees would be. The representative took my information down and said that I would be contacted later in the day. When I had not heard back several hours later I contacted the dealer instead. Unfortunately, now the price of the vehicle had increased ~20% because I was told this was too low of a price and was a mistake. The manager did not seem to care about my business. Overall I felt that I was used as a stalking horse and that this dealership doesn't feel the need to honor any advertisements. More
