My salesman had a great attitude and knowledge, unfortunatelly on the service Im very disappointed. Had another issue within a month from the purchase asked in Service if the issue was covered by the warranty I also bought and they ended up trying to charge me for telling me something I already knew about the issue. Fortunately Patrick understood the situation and didn't charged me. Ty Patrick! Now Im doubting if taking it back for regular maintenance. More

The dealer should do a quick walkthrough with the customer before releasing the vehicle. Had the dealer done a walkthrough with me, we would have noticed that a clip was broken and could had figured customer before releasing the vehicle. As opposed to me driving home, noticing the issue, go back another day only to be told they couldn't fix an order the part and return once the part is ordered and received. Everyone was nice about it but it was a significant inconvenience. More
