MidTown did a good job on my 2014 Sorento when the radio head failed. Figuring out ŵhat was wrong electronically took a lot of effort. Like all things Kia, it was expensive. The general sales manager attempted to deceive me and was dishonest. He tried to convince me that accessories that were special ordered were installed, when they weren’t. He also told me I had to make 3 payments on it before I could pay it off…the finance person notified me that I didn’t have to but it would prevent them from being charged. There were also 4 scratches on the vehicle…it was special ordered and came wrapped in plastic! So the scratches took place within 24 hours of them receiving the car. More

The experience with the service department was a D- . I dropped my car at 7 AM and never heard from the dealership. I called several times but you get the schedulers who are not on site. At 5:05 I called the used car department and the sales manager walked to the service department and waited for an advisor to talk to me. 5 stars to this manager. My car estimate had been ready since noon. My advisor had gone home ill but no one ever looked at the board to realize my car was ready and a call should have been initiated. My car was at the dealership all day and nothing was done, not even the warranty work I had authorized. I will not go back to Midtown Kia. My purchase experience was great but the customer service is NONEXISTENT! More
