This service department is the worst I’ve ever been to. Multiple times we’ve had to order a part. Then we wait and have to call them to get status updates. Most of the time it takes months. They don’t listen when you do and you get back to the parts department. Stay away if you can. It’s crazy. Not worth the money. Find another option. More

Very disappointed with this dealership. Initially everything seemed okay until I found a paint defect in the paint if our new Sorento.
