Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No one answers the phones, high employee turnover. We had to drive there if we wanted to talk to someone. They had my car for 4.5 months blatantly ly No one answers the phones, high employee turnover. We had to drive there if we wanted to talk to someone. They had my car for 4.5 months blatantly lying to us for months that it was being worked on. When we finally demanded to see my car, it had been sitting outside (with a broken sunroof) completely untouched. For 4.5months. I love my Telluride, but will never buy another Kia again due to the poor customer service. It was a nightmare. More
