James was very informative and worked me in when I called. He came out to the waiting area to make sure I found the coffee and etc. after about an hour he came to let me know it was going to be about called. That's very considerate beings he made sure I was aware it may be about 2-2.5 hours for my service before I came in. I have a repair coming and he made sure he had all costs and information ready for me when he discussed and was able to answer all my questions.i have worked with James before and I always appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. The service is good, however it can take forever to talk to a human being if I call to ask any questions. Same goes with email - I have submitted multiple emails and have never received a response. My vehicle was experiencing a power loss issue while I was traveling from Tennessee to Oklahoma. Midtown Kia was willing to try to get my vehicle repaired before I left 1 week later. I had just had the ve was traveling from Tennessee to Oklahoma. Midtown Kia was willing to try to get my vehicle repaired before I left 1 week later. I had just had the vehicle repaired for the exact same issue a couple weeks earlier. Needless to say my patience might not have been as good as it should have been. Patrick was very patient, understanding and helpful and worked diligently to get the vehicle repaired for my 13 hour trip home and succeeded in getting the car repaired in time. I even received a phone call from him personally inquiring if I had made it home safely. His attitude toward the entire issue is an excellent example of what customer service should be. I thank him very much and Midtown Kia for the service they provided. Patrick was the difference between an ordinary experience at a dealership service center and true customer care. More

They are nice and did a good job.
