Items in need of replacement were suggested at this time rather than during service of vehicle. Not one time during my excessive wait time did anyone check in or update me on the status of my vehicle. Under no circumstance should a basic oil change have taken this long. More

Issue still isn't resolved. Probably won't be. You all don't listen to your customers. They did tell me it might fix the issue but I'm sure they didn't even understand the issu Probably won't be. "So you have issues with it starting?" No, it starts just fine. The issue is when it changes gears from first to 2nd, it jerks/jumps then pulls like it slowing down while I'm on the excelerator. Has nothing to do with starting. I'm sure it will never get fixed. More

Due to the negligence of our own government is the reason. Covid was not handled appropriately and because of this everything is backed up. I did a lot of research about this issue yesterday. We are not used to being low on qualified technicians. That is all about to change very very soon. I am a fair person and I was wrong about my review.
