Very disappointed with this dealership. Initially everything seemed okay until I found a paint defect in the paint if our new Sorento. So, I contact Kia and try and buy some touch up paint for the vehicle so I can protect the metal. They cancelled my order and told me to contact a paint and body shop and have them make me a batch. I originally got through to the Service Department and scheduled the servicing. Unforeseen events meant I had to reschedule.
