Midtown Kia - Service Center

I did a review but not sure if it went through so I will try one more time. Everyone was very kind and I was very thankful when they discovered while completing my Kia Recall that there was “5” things that try one more time. Even though they were extremely busy , they took care of my vehicle that same day. Patrick Conaway was very helpful and kind when he arranged for my vehicle to be fixed. James in service takes customer service and automotive car to beyond the normal dealership experience. Having a check engine light come on in the middle no where, I was greatful to know 30 miles away was a dealership that was nothing but professional. My service advisor explained everything to me, they where, I was greatful to know 30 miles away was a dealership that was nothing but professional.
