When I made the appointment, I asked them to look at my air condition it was blowing warm air. When I brought car in, I reminded Patrick to check the air conditioner. He typed it on computer screen. The car was kept 2 days, when I picked it up I asked Cody what was done about air conditioner? He said nothing, it wasn't in work order. I definitely didn't want to leave it again, not come back, because it seems I end up without a car for a day or two. So, I'm going to Same Day Auto here in SS when I'm able. The guys are nice, it just seems you are always short handed. And a lot of walking around by various employees. Thank you More

I purchased a Kia Telluride from another dealership in September. I scheduled service for the recalls on the vehicle in October. They didn't have a part for one of the recalls so they said they would ca September. I scheduled service for the recalls on the vehicle in October. They didn't have a part for one of the recalls so they said they would call me when it was in. I never heard from them, so I called in December and left a message. Never heard from them, so I requested an appointment in late March through the website. I never heard from them again, so I called again. Finally, after getting ahold of someone in the service dept., they transferred me to the parts dept. to see if the part for the recall was in. (Why couldn't they ask for me?) They had to order it (if it's a common recall, why don't you have that in stock?) Then, transferred back to service and made an appointment. When I brought my car in, it took over 6 hours for an oil change, recall part replacement and radio software upgrade. Everything was fixed and the service guy, Cody, I worked with was very nice and helpful but trying to schedule service was a pain. More
