You guys had my car for a total of three months and five days for a transmission. The first transmission was wrong. The second transmission didn't work and the third transmission had a leaky pan. after 2 weeks having paid cash in full I was still waiting for them to get the vehicle ready for pick up. It was the worst customer service experience in any purchase I've made. Out of 13 weeks and five days you had possession on my car for three months and five days. All just to replace a transmission. Heard a lot of stories. Supposedly went through three replacements and even t car for three months and five days. All just to replace a transmission. Heard a lot of stories. Supposedly went through three replacements and even the third one was xxxxed up. So didn't have my car for three months. Loaner cars to cover me for work. We're late with Me receiving them. Not a good experience. Should not have taken over three months to replace a transmission. The fact that someone said it cost them money when no money came out of their pocket and it cost the company money for whatever mistakes whoever made is ridiculous. When I picked my car up the first time after 19 days, whoever test drove it decided to ignore the huge message on the dashboard that said start stop system malfunction visit your dealer. This was a very bad experience all around. I don't know who is to blame, but actions should have consequences. More
