Dear John, this is very disappointing to read, as I personally never got to meet you, but I do know about this deal. 1, you took the vehicle for a PSI, which we have no issues with at all, and as per your mechanic, the only thing discovered was a battery that needed to be replaced, which we in fact did replace as we said we would. 2nd, I believe you misunderstood the fact that we advertise all of our inventory to include one key, and if there is more than one key, we absolutely give it to the customer. You are correct, we would not keep any keys to our customers' vehicles as they are no good to us and are programmed to one vehicle. I would like to personally talk about this situation due to not being able to see where in this transaction is shady?
