Perfect Process I recently purchased a new (to me) Volvo Xc70 from Bob Hurley. The first car I called on went quickly. When this one hit the lot he called. Not exactly right around the cornet. Bob was direct and honest. There were some issues with the loan and he hammered on accounting till it went through. He was a pleasure to deal with a real profession. There was no movement on price which bothered me. They were high in $$ But it was the nicest one I had seen in a long time. It was mint with low mileage. I would buy again just because of Bob. More

He made sure I was comfortable with the payments before finalizing anything. He gave me many different options as well. Worth the trip I had been looking high and low for another Chevy Avalanche and I finally found one here at Midway a little over a hour from where I live. This would be my third one as they do not make this truck any longer and are getting harder to find. Frank was a very cool guy to work with. I explained my financial situation to him and he went out of his way to make the deal happen. Kevin did the financial end of things and also was great, he wasn't letting me walk out of there without gap insurance and was able to roll it in the deal without any change to the payment amount that we agreed on and also recommended a great sandwich shop up the street "Thanks Kevin!". They made the whole process pretty seamless and quick,nevermind that I don't think I could have found a nicer used Avalanche for the price. Very clean truck and I could see they went through the vehicle thoroughly, new brake pads, wipers, tires etc.. Frank also went out of his way to follow up on making sure I was happy with everything and I got an extra set of keys that I didn't even ask for. Great job guys!! I am a very happy customer. More

Ill be honest the others there gave me the topical dealer vibe, like you couldn't trust them, and they were just trying to make a sale. BUT Bob on the other hand was very helpful and down to earth guy. There prices were very reasonable too and he worked with me on getting me into a new car for the budget I had. He even stayed late on the night before a blizzard to help me get settled into the new car. Definitely recommend checking them out. Prices are good and ask for Bob. He will do you right. The only reason it gets a 4 star and not 5 is because the service department needs to work on their customer service. I know the service department is very busy but not very customer friendly. More
