The car exceeded my expectations (still does as I learn more about the features) and Joe made earnest efforts with Mike's support to trade my 2009 A6 for this 2012 A6. Yes, I was sold. I also didn't plan to buy warranty coverage, but yup, I did that, too. Kevin explained the policy, how it is administered, and even waited while I consulted with my mechanic.
