He takes the vehicles home when they are first on the lot so he gets a feel about the vehicles and how they drive and what needs to be done. Bob is a very long time person in the industry and knows his stuff and isn't hard to approach. The dealership is great, thorough and inviting. Kevin, the finance manager is great. Luckily it was still under warranty and they helped me by taking it to the Cadillac dealer and got it fixed for me.
