When I got to the dealership, I spotted t An inquiry on a 2009 Subaru Outback Special Edition that I found on Car Guru was what brought me to Midway. When I got to the dealership, I spotted the car and went to take a look at it. Moments later, a friendly, soft-spoken salesman, Frank Henry, came out to assist me. We went on a test drive, a planned route reminiscent of a road test. At the end he said jokingly, "You passed." After that, he provided the CarFax in a timely fashion and went over the vehicle's history. We also discussed figures--the part of car shopping that I was most nervous about. However, Frank had a calm demeanor that put me at ease. He didn't make me feel that I had to make a decision right then and there. After looking at a couple of other Subaru Outbacks, I decided that the one at Midway was my top choice. On the day I purchased the car, Frank wasn't scheduled to work but stayed in contact with me via cell phone, answering all my questions. He took care of the registration. I wasn't able to get ahold of my insurance company the morning of purchase. When I got in touch with them after I arrived home with the car, they already knew why I was calling, so Midway had beaten me to the punch. In summary, I highly recommend Midway. Car shopping was something that I had been putting off because I was dreading it, but it turned out to be a MUCH better first-buying experience than I thought it would be. When we got there we started looking around and were greeted by Bob. He explained to us how to read the stickers on the car, gave us his card, and let us on our own which was really nice. When we wanted to test drive a few cars we went and found Bob and he was very helpful, and again not pressuring us to buy a car. Overall the experience was great, Bob was super helpful, and I ended up buying a car that day. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Bob! More
