Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by Salesman Bob Hurley who asked if he could be of help to me. We discussed my reason for being there and he accompanied me to the car that I was inquiring about, gave an overview of what the car offered and after placing a dealer plate on the car encouraged me to take it for a test drive which I did. I addressed 3 issues of concern and he committed to resolving those concerns which he did and inspired me to purchase the car. I found Bob to be very professional and caring in serving his customer and who I believe is an asset to Midway Automotive, I would not hesitate to make a purchase from Bob or refer him and Midway too family and friends. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the personnel and courteous interaction that I experienced with them at Midway Service Department. More

First Time Car Purchase from Dealership This was our first time purchasing a used car from a dealership. We found a car we liked online and called to see if it was still available and if we could come check it out. Frank ran out to the lot and made double-sure it was there before inviting us on down. We had a very positive experience test driving and Frank was very friendly, and helpful, and most importantly for us, he was not pushy or overbearing. We both felt good about moving forward and so we began to sign paperwork right then and there. Frank was very helpful in explaining things and progressing the paperwork along, which was a huge relief for us. He was willing to take our old car despite it having failed inspection and not being worth a great deal, which was another relief for us. We returned the following day to finish paperwork and drop off the old car. We met with David, the financial guy and this was a positive experience. He was able to help us take advantage of an extended warranty that we felt good about. My only concern with this interaction was that David moved a bit too quickly through the process and left us feeling behind at first. As the intricacies of auto finance and warranties is a dense area, it would have been nice if he'd taken more time to slow down and make sure we were understanding what he was saying. We still felt good about everything we were signing up for, even though we ended up going over budget a bit. I should emphasize though that we never felt pressured into accepting anything we weren't comfortable with. The warranty (once we finally understood the finer points) was a very good opportunity that should benefit us down the road. Our thanks to David for helping us with that. After finalizing paperwork we were off. Frank took care of the registration and inspection which we were able to wrap up a few days later when we came back down again. We've had the car for a few weeks now, and we love it. Over all, this was a very positive experience. We would be sure to recommend Midway Auto to our family and friends. More

Walking through the purchase was extremely easy. It is such a pleasure to feel very important and cared for, which was a new experience in my 75 years. Bill prepared the paperwork, as well, walking us through every step of the way with his explanations at each step.
