After I decided on the car that I wanted with my credit as bad as it was I did not think that I was going to get approved but I did and it was fast too 5 minutes maybe. I told Charles I had a budget I needed to stay within and he worked with me so I can afford the payment Charles was awesome he explained everything to me . I love my optima! Bill was able to answer every question without hesitation. He followed up after we bought the vehicle and had home for couple days. We had a problem with a sensor and wasn't able to get fixed for 5 days. They did fix quickly and my husband didn't have to leave it there. The service dept is extremely busy and has limited hours. other than that we had an overall great experience here and would buy again from Bill. More

Went out their way to keep me happy I purchased a beautiful car from this dealer ship and as I thought I was driving it home that day, they did not have the title. That did not stop them I purchased a beautiful car from this dealer ship and as I thought I was driving it home that day, they did not have the title.
