Not your typical used car experience - Thanks "Big Joe" !! I needed a car for my son and was looking to stay in a certain price range. I spent a lot of time looking for cars and was thankful I came upon Midwa I needed a car for my son and was looking to stay in a certain price range. I spent a lot of time looking for cars and was thankful I came upon Midway Auto, and specifically Big Joe. I talked to Joe on the phone and was very specific about what I needed and what I wanted to spend. Unlike other sales people Big Joe was up front and very genuine during the entire process. He didn't just try to get me to come down to the dealership and once I got there, he worked with me on the price, the trade in and all the details. One thing I really liked about Big Joe is that once the sale is over, he doesn't just forget about you. He has followed up with me several times, and even helped with minor repair issues that come with purchasing a used vehicle. My son is thrilled with the car, a great vehicle, low mileage and in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Midway Auto and Big Joe, John in the service department and the entire Midway Auto Team. Every encounter we have had with Midway was a positive one. Everything was great at first. Everything seemed great at first. Then after we signed the paperwork their true colors shown through. The refuse to take care of a problem that THEY CAUSED. They double charged me instead of returning my deposit and they refuse to accept responsibility for it. Maybe $100 isn't much to a professional third, but it is to a man trying to provide for his family on a low income. They also made us do a bunch of running around that could have been avoided if they had any semblence of communication skills. It's unfortunate that the car is so great, as I'll be stuck dealing with these snakes for another ten years. Avoid at all costs. More

From start to finish! Big Joe as he is known at the dealership is a unique type of salesman. He won't let you purchase a car just to make a sale or because you need a car. He is patient and more than willing to let you test drive and look at as many cars as you like. He is very accessible to answer your questions and what's even more great is that he makes himself available after you buy the car. Past experiences taught me that after I bought a car I didn't matter and the dealership has "moved" on to the next sale. At Midway that doesn't happen. Joe and the Midway team doesn't allow it to happen. All the way from the top to financing, floor guys and mechanics, they stand by each car!!! They don't just talk to the talk, they more than walk the walk!!! Thanks Big Joe and the Midway Team!!!! More
