Great people that fallow thru. I met Charles and asked for 1 specific Vehicle. He had the car brought around and off we went. I told him that i had searched all over for this and I met Charles and asked for 1 specific Vehicle. He had the car brought around and off we went. I told him that i had searched all over for this and since they gave me a great trade-in value, purchased it and was returning the next day to drive away. Then the honesty of this company shined. How? Due to no battery being in it the codes on the exhaust/ electronic was not correct. The mechanic needed to drive it 50-100 miles before placing that sticker on it. So, i came in the next day after doing the mileage and the inspection then passed perfectly. That weekend I found i could Not get the cd/dvd/hdd player to work. I called on Monday and Stephany took my info over the phone. She got back to me a few days later and advised that she located the correct part/model, and wanted to schedule me in next week.... I advised i was off to Florida for a couple weeks, and would come right in when i got back. The very next day, she called and said If i can get the car in Friday/tomorrow, she would have the part and get it installed! . Wow - and Thank you THANK YOU STPHANY, I JUST RETURNED AND IT WAS AWESOME! More

Great Experience I stopped into Midway Auto on my way home from a not-so-awesome experience at a Honda dealership. My sister and I were browsing the lot when we were I stopped into Midway Auto on my way home from a not-so-awesome experience at a Honda dealership. My sister and I were browsing the lot when we were approached by Bob Hurley, who asked if we had any questions or needed help with anything. We said we were just looking, and he told us to let him know if we needed anything and then left us to our own devices. After walking the lot for a little bit, I decided to test drive a 2014 Ford Fusion. Bob got us the keys, took a copy of my license, and sent us on our way. I liked the car, but wasn’t ready to make a decision at that moment as it was only the second car I had looked at. I explained this to Bob and he said he understood. He took my email address, gave me his card, and told me to contact him if I decided that I was interested in purchasing that car or looking at any other vehicles. I received an email from Bob the following day that included photos of the vehicle I had looked at and him simply thanking me for my time. After thinking on it for a little while longer, I decided to reach out to Bob to see if the Ford was still available. Bob responded to my email inquiry promptly, and to my delight, it was. I went in that evening and after discussing several things that would need to be fixed prior to my taking the off the lot, signed the paperwork. The whole process was no-pressure. Bob was pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with. The issues that needed to be fixed on the car were taken care of and I was updated every step of the way. I would not hesitate to come back to Midway Auto and have Bob Hurley sell me my next car. More
