He was so kind and helpful. He made the whole process smooth and easy for me. I was a bit nervous since I wasn't actually planning on buying a new car that day! Charles made me feel so at ease. I bought a beautiful and Toyota Camry and I am thrilled! I was able to have the car the very next day which was great. I highly recommend Midway Automotive and especially Charles Wilburn, and Dave Bingham in the finance dept as well. Thank you both so much! JoAnn S More
2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Although not really needing to buy a new vehicle I was interested in the learning more about a version of this SUV with the 2.0L Turbo engine. I found Although not really needing to buy a new vehicle I was interested in the learning more about a version of this SUV with the 2.0L Turbo engine. I found it on-line at nearby Midway Auto and immediately met Jon Lewis, who was quite friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the check engine light was on and the vehicle did not run properly. Jon, owner Michael and the Midway team got the car to the local Hyundai dealer who resolved the matter in just a couple of days. Very impressive! And what a little rocket this car became - very fun to drive. Jon was personable, polite and attentive throughout the entire process - never pushy. Dave Bingham was also friendly and efficient with the final paperwork. The car was wonderfully prepped for delivery, and the free state inspection sticker was a nice touch (thanks, Stephany!). Plus, free oil changes for as long as I own the car. Awesome! With so many quality vehicles on their lot and a great salesman like Jon I would absolutely recommend Midway Automotive to friends and family. More

New SUV for the New England Weather I went into Midway with no expectations because of my credit. My girlfriend was also with me because she needed a new car as well. We both test drove I went into Midway with no expectations because of my credit. My girlfriend was also with me because she needed a new car as well. We both test drove a few different SUVs, and we both found ones that we like. Midway offered to pay our mechanic to take a look at the both cars, and when one of them had a few minor issues Midway took care of them all for no extra charge. The finance manager was great and was able to secure a loan for me from a bank, and was able to finance my girlfriend through in-house financing. Midway was also great with handling all of the paperwork as well as making sure we were happy with our payments and warranties. My dealer was Bob Hurley and my girlfriend dealt with Charles. Both were extremely helpful, cordial and professional. I would highly recommend both of them as well as the entire Midway automotive team. Thank you for two great SUVs. More
