Pleasant and helpful . We had gone to another recommended dealership and gave the a price that was advertised at their company's web sight. When we went to check out 2 . When we went to check out 2 cars with price from online, our paper was taken away with a "let me check this out" never saw paper again! then was told that the price was an error....We left immediately. We had friends and family that had dealt with Midway Auto and had given them a great review..so we stopped in... The staff was exceptional, "Charles was helpful, friendly and not the least bit pushy. Made us feel comfortable. We brought a beautiful Mazda... Different than other experiences elsewhere. Michael D. was extremely helpful and so easy to talk to also. The sales staff excellent finding what we needed! We have worked with this salesman previously at another business, he's always been fair to us. We happened to find a great vehicle quickly with Mr. Hurley's help after we told him our needs, we took it for a test drive, & we found it was perfect & the price was right! I'm disabled, I can't climb in & out of high vehicles or sit too low, I rarely go out in the snow now, so I no longer need an SUV, & my husband has a truck with 4WD with an extended cab! The next thing I knew we were filling out paperwork for financing, & the gentleman that handled it was professional, yet friendly, & personable, he gave us a great rate, great price on a full warranty, etc! We picked up our new vehicle 2 days later, they handled everything including registering & inspecting the vehicle! We get a free oil change every 5,000 miles, & every other oil change they rotate our tires for free as long as we own the vehicle! Our oldest son is so impressed he is going there to purchase a car as well! We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Thank you so much to the staff at Midway Auto! More
